Supermarket Special Offers - Never in Stock!

All but one of your sentences uses the word 'I', what you do or don't do, what you think. Other people may think/do things differently so become irked by supermarkets 'duping' them through their doors.
Yes I know, it's 'my' opinion.
As for Supermarkets 'duping' them through doors. This can be answered with one simple question. Do Supermarkets intend to sell out of a promotion only say half way into it yes or no?
Some people just exaggerate about being 'duped', 'mislead' etc etc just because it's a Supermarket, because it's a large organsation, because it makes money. Some people don't like Supermarket's because they tend to be large organsations, because they make money and display this dislike by constant exaggerated stories of how evil they think they are, how they con people etc etc etc.
As I've said, popular offers may sell out. The Supermarkets don't want this, Ideally they'd like to sell out at the end of the very last day (some people would even complain about that) but it's not always that simple. Sometimes stock becomes limited during a promotion therefore it may sell out early. However it is often stated 'while stocks last' to cover things like this. It was in the case of this thread as well.
I see more wrong with the attitude of having some personal war against organisations simply because they make money (what do people start business's for anyway!!!) than having a promotion sell out because it was popular.0 -
some people,not most.0

I thought most people disliked supermarkets not because they ripped people off but because their supercenters swallowed towns whole.

It's a myth though isn't it.
I frequently shop in small shops, they're not gone. If you go and look rather than go to a Supermarket you'll find their still there. Again thats another classic example of an exaggeration when it comes to Supermarkets.0
