I agree, ignore them. They cant enforce it and in the hugely unlikely event it goes to court Im 99.9999% certain you will win.

    ignore them

they have no right to your hard earned and they have already misled you in the info they have sent.

they will not take you to court and even if they ever did the people at pepipoo would love it and give you every help to get them laughed out of court

Just a quick update - We have received today a 14 DAYS NOTICE from Revenue Collections Service advising that the payment has now increased to
£174 and if not paid within 14 days a representative will attend our premises to discuss the matter in person and legal proceedings will commence without
further notice. Thanks to Casey & Peter the Piper I have registered with Pepipoo and have some good advice via their forum. Their letters are getting more threatening and I am grateful of the advice received from all of you guys!
  • You wil see on the bottom of the letterhead that the debt colletion agency is, in fact, AS Securi-T by another name. So nothing to worry about.

Next will be a letter from Trethowans Solicitors, threatening legal proceedings. If they do issue, proceedings (which they won't), a proper defence will see that they do not win their case against you.

pepipoo.com should be able to give you continued useful advice (along the lines of "ignore, ignore, ignore").
