Cancelling sky tv package?

sorry if this s the wrong place to post.Someone I know signed up to a sky hd package in the street,but thier circumstances have now changed. Does anyone know how long they have to cancel?

1 month I think. Bare in mind if they took Sky BB too then they will lose that as well if they fully cancel the TV side.0

They dont have bb too.
They signed up exactly a week ago and have seen they have been debited for the box and installation.(its not been installed yet as they are not in the property yet)0 -
Best bet is to call cancellations, if its not installed yet they should be ok.0

Call them and check where he stands, once he knows that a recorded delivery letter is always a good start.0
