Can't access my emails

I access my email account on the web via www.talk21.com.
Whenever I try and access this site on my desktop PC I get the standard message
"Internet Explorer cannot display webpage". This has been for the last couple of days. All other web pages open fine.
I can access the site using my laptop but not my desktop.I have tried temporarily disabling firewall and still no luck.
Does anyone know what has happened or offer a solution please?

I have a talktalk account for my broadband and e-mail and as far as I'm aware you can only access your e-mail from the pc / laptop that you have installed the broadband connection to. Unfortunately it's not available via web access on any other computer. I'm guessing talk21 is similar?0

I have not had a problem in the last five years!
No change to PC or ISP so not sure why I can no longer get to my emails!0 -

What happens if you try to go to:

Thats the IP for the site, if you can access it, it shows a problem with your DNS.0 -
I have the same issue with gmail and halifax!
Works fine at home but won't load at work

I currently use AOL.
Been with them ages and never had a problem like this before!0 -
Still having problems...
It's the only website that I can't access. Is there a list of "blocked" websites that some sort of virus could have activated on my PC?
I'd really appreciate some help if someone has any ideas?
