Can't access my emails

I access my email account on the web via www.talk21.com.

Whenever I try and access this site on my desktop PC I get the standard message

"Internet Explorer cannot display webpage". This has been for the last couple of days. All other web pages open fine.

I can access the site using my laptop but not my desktop.I have tried temporarily disabling firewall and still no luck.

Does anyone know what has happened or offer a solution please?

I have a talktalk account for my broadband and e-mail and as far as I'm aware you can only access your e-mail from the pc / laptop that you have installed the broadband connection to. Unfortunately it's not available via web access on any other computer. I'm guessing talk21 is similar?

I have not had a problem in the last five years!

No change to PC or ISP so not sure why I can no longer get to my emails!

I have just accessed a talk21 account by clicking on your link in post #1 with no problems.

What happens if you try to go to:
    213.123.20.90

Thats the IP for the site, if you can access it, it shows a problem with your DNS.

Who is your ISP? Is this at work or at home?

    I currently use AOL.

Been with them ages and never had a problem like this before!
  • Still having problems...

It's the only website that I can't access. Is there a list of "blocked" websites that some sort of virus could have activated on my PC?

I'd really appreciate some help if someone has any ideas?

    Thanks

Have you tried using an alternative browser? There are plenty to choose from.
