Well isn't that a coincidence. Today my to do list consisted of 'tidying the two boys rooms' and did I make it up the stairs to even start? Of course not, got caught in a time warp and reappeared at 11.30pm having apparently done nothing all day.

I thought it was just me that got caught in time warps!! Thank god for that!!

I wish! Caught up with work today as someone went sick, a large overdose of children, collecting a bit of metal I got on Freecycle to box in some pipes while OH delivered some beds that I sold on Gumtree, some urgent housework (i.e. we'd run out of clean plates) and now time for dinner, then bed. I've had about 20 mins on the computer, most of it spent answering daft Ebay emails. Still got the post to do. Then the same all over again tomorrow.

    This time warp business sucks.

My ironing pile is - and this is no exaggeration - over 4 feet high. Think I'll have to give in and get someone to do it again, I just do not have the time. And the SOA is a distant dream at the moment. I think I need a live-in full-time cleaner/children's entertainer.

On the bright side today was payday, although I haven't had time to check if I've been paid, never mind making up the budget and SOA.

    AAAAAaaaaaaaaaaaaarghhhhhh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    So, how's everyone else?:D

Payday, yay.... Panda, um, why are you ironing that many of your clothes???

And I really, really hate this month, this day. I've done some of the worst jobs ever today:
    - dug up a binbag full of dog poo and dirt encrusted grass.
    - talked to the owner of the dog.
    - done as much as I can on the French accounts, have to make some phone calls over the next few days.

I really hate *today* - need to go to bed soon, and I haven't had a *day* yet, sob!

Aw KC, poor you. Hope that today is a bit better.

Re the ironing - that's the problem, I'm NOT ironing any of my clothes! They're just piling up and up and up. The current pile has been gathering since waaaaaaaay before Christmas and I haven't ironed a single thing in that time. We're just wearing the same few non-iron clothes at the moment, and the kids have grown out of half the stuff that's in the pile (so less to iron there...my plan is working!). Strangely, despite the fact that there are enough clothes lying on my bedroom floor to clothe an entire refugee camp, the wardrobes are all still full. I MUST sort that out - there's tons of stuff we never wear in there.

Work today - hooray! But only until 3pm so I'll have to face home life in a couple of hours. Greg had us up until 2am last night and has been whinging all morning so it's not much fun in our house at the moment.

Must do my expenses claim for last week's eating out before I go home today.

Thanks Panda :A - yes, it was. I got the admin done that I needed to. I've been dozy on my home and contents insurance renewal, so not paid as low as I could've done, but its not bad. I really didn't notice the time creeping away from me :o

And I *so* know what you mean about the wardrobe being full and not having anything to wear, while you actually wear about 10% of what you own. A really daft example - when Liverpool won the European Cup a few years ago, I bought 2 Tshirts, different sizes, commemmorating it. They're too red for my complexion, they look awful, and I've never worn them. Maybe I should sell them, actually .... now there's a thought.

Anyway, hope you've got some sleep, and Greg isn't grizzling too much.

    xx

Glad it's not just me who sometimes feel like this. And what is it with babies that won't sleep. Ours goes to bed quite happily but never, ever sleeps a night without waking up at least twice.

    Hope things are better today.
