Thanks MM!
Another rough night with Greg last night - he's been waking twice a night to be fed for the past few days and it's driving me up the wall!
Today's list:- Clean the kitchen and solve the mystery of the rotten smell in there!
- Wash & hang 2 loads
- Ring Tesco to complain about being overcharged for yogurt yesterday
- Order my Tesco wine vouchers (as intended last week)
- Make a new baby hamper for friends we're going to see in Leeds on Saturday
- Check and do all emails/surveys/mystery shops/banks/spreadsheet
- Work at 4pm

Oh yeah, time flies when you're having fun, doesn't it!2023: the year I get to buy a car0

Lovely load of mail this morning: £20 Waitrose vouchers from pigsback (taking me up to £70 in the Christmas shopping fund) and £77.50 Tesco Clubcard vouchers (taking us up to £744 in the holiday fund). I love free money!
Just trying to restrain myself from buying too much for Xmas from Woolies - they've got Spiderman rollerblades for a fiver which I'm going to get for Adam, but there's soooooo much else that's a bargain. Do I need it? Probably not.0 -
you have done great on the free money.
Sorry for the wakeful, hungry Greg - you must be soooooooooo K******** (tired)
Step away from the Woolworths site/ shop£2 savers club 2025 #40 -
Great idea to be saving for Christmas via pigsback - but you *know* you don't need the Woolies stuff! Have a nice cup of something - is decaff coffee bad for babies too? Hope you manage to sit down for a bit.2023: the year I get to buy a car0

Well, I'm quite pleased with myself: I bought the in-line skates (£5, free delivery, reduced from £20. Spiderman ones!) which Adam will love and I can put by until his birthday in Dec. I resisted all other bargains though which is quite an accomplishment. Total spend for today therefore £5.
Coloured another 2 squares in today, and worked out that since we got back on track on 10th Aug, we've paid nearly £500 off my Egg card. Quite amazing what you can do if you put your mind to it. The payment-a-day thing is the best ever!
MM, meant to say to you - I mentioned Payday loans to you a bit ago by email, and you said you didn't need to borrow money! :rotfl: Sorry if I offended the mouse by suggesting you could be that desperate for cash, but I meant that you can take it out for the Quidco. It's about £50 profit for 5 minutes work, my 2 paid out really quickly and there's some satisfaction in getting free money from these peddlars of doom!0 -
No offending of the mouse was done - hugs. I didn't really know what you had meant by the payday thingie but thanks for explaining it:D£2 savers club 2025 #40

sounds like a busy day for the Panda.
I like how you do the lists- something i should do more but i can never think what to put on the lists eventhough there is a ton of stuff that always needs doing:rolleyes:£2 savers club 2025 #40 -
Here's tomorrow's list now so I don't spend the first 2 hours of the morning deciding what to do....
I find that sometimes this is incredibly important - cos I don't like *doing* things very often, to have the list right there ready stops me prevaricating....2023: the year I get to buy a car0
