Hi all, please can I join you, I'm really lacking direction at the moment! If I can get the housework more organised over the next few weeks I will start up some regular exercise too and hopefully inspire the rest of the family to do more.....:rotfl:

finally climed to summit of Mt Washmore, last load of bedding drying in kitchen. its just me and DH this week as teenagers are away on holiday. its quite amazing how easy it is to keep the house good and tidy. time on my hands. pity DH is at work, otherwise it would be massive tidy up of shed and his wardbrobe."The purpose of Life is to spread and create Happiness" :j0

Hot chicks - welcome to the thread!
Valli - we're off to stay with my sister in the states. It's a bit odd as the original plan was to stay there for a year but it's not worked out. Have to say, in hindsight, i'm quite glad!! I won't be bringing too much washing back as i'll do it all at my sisters. I really am getting sad.
That's brill - I know I'm not the only person who has been abroad and longed to bung a load through because it could be drying in the hot sun instead of coming back, dirty to be washed and tumble dried because the weather is so awful here! I hope you all have a great time (and have a nice day!;) )

G&B I had exactly the same problem as your DD when I was a child, with the same shallow narrow feet - shoe shopping was a nightmare, cos I could never have any of the pretty shoes that everyone else had, and at one point when my feet got to a size 6, I had to wear boy's shoes! I refused to wear them as they were really heavy and looked like the shoes traffic wardens wore. Luckily now as an adult, my feet fit into most shoes in terms of width (I wear flipflops a lot which may have helped widen them), apart from the fact that I'm a 6 1/2 so always between sizes.Enjoy the little things, for one day you may look back and realize they were the big things.I married Moon 8/4/2011, baby boy born 26/9/2012, Angel Baby Poppy born 8/11/15, Rainbow baby boy born 11/2/20170

Hi Welcome to newbies (more and more everyday - wow!)
Errands done, birthday cards bought. DS (yes DS) now has HAIR STRAIGHTENERS of his own cos DD wopn't let him borrow hers and he wants to spike his (slightly) curly hair. OMG
So DD and I are about to have lunch then, maybe, I'll get the kitchen level 3'd.
Sunny here now though - but GALLONS of water must have bucketed down because my 210l butt is almost full (nice mix of the imperial and metric there, dontcha think?;) )
See you later ladies - must fly!Don't put it DOWN; put it AWAY"I would like more sisters, that the taking out of one, might not leave such stillness" Emily DickinsonJanice 1964-2016
