Weekly Flylady Thread 11th August 2008

Hi all, I'd like to join in with you if you don't mind. I have been lurking for the last two weeks as I have been on holiday from work and have managed to get some sort of order to my house. I am back at work now and am determined not to let it slide back into its previous state. My aim is to do at least level one plus one other item on the list each day along with my daily tasks of a load of washing, washing the dishes and swishing and swiping the kitchen. I have tried to follow flylady before but found the emails drove me mad.

Because I have logged on, having made myself some tea (DD snacked while I slept!) washed up (because I AM a flylady and therefore I HAVE a shiny sink (if you don't look too closely) and was beginning to think I had wasted my day.
Well I haven't - because I have brightened up YOURS.

(and Pigpen, Bless, has put kitchen down for Tues so I'll 'ignore' Mondays till Thursday when I'd do the bathroom anyway;) )

Incidentally got to 9999 (from 0000) the b****r still wouldn't unlock so NDN hacksawed it in about 30 seconds.

Thanks very much for the welcome. Level one completed tonight - easy as only had to pick up one pair of boxers and two soggy towels from the bathroom floor. One of the trials of having a teenage son. Off for a bath and bed now as I have to get up for work at six.
