If it's a simple plastic zipper, with the two zips padlocked together, jam a biro pen in a "closed" section of zip until the two parts separate.

You can close it up again by moving the two zips across the wholed opened part.

  • How many numbers has the lock got?

I did this and just went through all the combinations until I got the right one.

Get yourself a few beers in and start from 0.

I bet it won't take very long. :)

0000 is the usual default for most luggage locks - might be worth a try.

Take your suitcase to the nearest police station and tell them that you're concerned there may be a bomb in it because someone has changed the combinations on the locks.

You may rest assured that it will speedily be opened for you.

As a result of how you voted in the last three General Elections,
you'd now be better off living in one.

Coming from Northern Ireland, I've seen what they do when they think a bomb is in something; they send Johnny 5 in to blow it up!

Your charity of spirit shines like a guiding beacon to all who would assist others., here. :A

Don't count on your dream coming true in my case, though; I'm not planning on buying Windows anytime soon.

Perhaps you should limit your advice to things Apple? The Apple fanboys may be more appreciative of your "humour".
