hi when i worked for them it was possible to make a payment every week at the main office , this may be a solution for you ,
or ask if the agent can call on a different day ,
i didnt know any agent who used to work sunday

Drea, do you have the cards and texts from the agent?
If you have anything, take it into the office and ask to see the office manager and tell him about the agent and show him anything you have from your agent.
Provident do accept cheques, at least they do down here.
I don't blame you for not wanting anyone to call round after the way you've been treated.

sorry but when people take on this type of job they know there target which are the vulnerable the catalogue of toys put on the table infront of kids just before xmas is a classic used by all there reps the im your best friend is used by all the reps .

Just wanted to say Provi do accept chqs as that is how i pay my agent, she picks up 4 post dated chqs once a month and ive never had a problem and she always rings when she is coming round and its always around the same time on the same day every month. Also OP i noticed your agent comes on a Sunday! You may want to query that as im pretty certain they are not allowed to collect on Sundays, But i may be wrong.
