Sony Ericsson K850i Problems

Hi there,

I received a Sony Ericsson K850i about 2 months ago, noticed a problem with the Camera it's just taking really dark pictures indoors, and sometimes Black pictures a,so the touch screen thingy wasn't up to much.

Anyway I returned this and hey just recieved it (whoopee), it has the same problem with the Camera. Havn't played around with the touch screen to check if that problem is still there, So I've arranged another replacement today, no problem.

So what do I do if the third phone has the same problems, as it isn't cheap to keep sending phones through the post.

try upgrading the software via SEUS

also, try and keep your fingers off the light sensor/flash bit on the back as that may be affecting the photos
