I, like a few others tried to only order from one supplier (Woolworths), bear a thought for us stuck at home watching the Queen's Speech while you're all playing on your Tesco/Virgin one-off christmas 'gestures' :-/

I think it's cos no-one complained about woolies to trading standards / watchdog.
most of them made a fool of us for being petty etc ... who got the last laugh? (not aimed at you rattla)

Have just called Tesco's customer services department to get an update on the situation and unfortunately they are unable to advise how we can poceed with the order. The have apparently been issued with a statement telling them to advise those customers who placed an order for this bundle that they would be contacted tomorrow to discuss the outcome however the lady i spoke to refused to comment as to whether they are going to honour the full bundle or offer alternative etc etc.

Just a case of wait and see i suppose!! i certainly made sure all my records were correct on their database.

I dont even know if i can afford the deal now with all the other recent bargains ive got from this site. why why why do this to me now?

Been watching this with interest and feel sorry for poor Rattla - he was the one that posted this originally, even though he ordered from Woolies.

Some people seem to be in this only to make money and are talking of returning consoles after receiving Virgin's refunds - what about offering them to Rattla for the £32.99 price!
I'm sure he would appreciate that!

I would not want anyone to lose out of what they had fought for and as I did say earlier on, I probably would have given up before a lot of others did !!

However if somone get's 10/20 from Tesco's, that would be a different :P

I think it may just be good if a few people wizzed some mail's off to Watchog about woolies and see what happens. I reckon if you can get Watchdog to phone them, they would probably be a bit stuck after what Tesco had done !!! ::)

Hefty old pat on the back to the people on this forum that have proved what can be done with people power. Tesco had pretty much shut-up shop on the issue at one stage !!
