T-Mobile - Mobile internet that doesnt work where needed!

Hi!

I signed up to T-mobiles mobile internet back in February as I was living in temporary accomidation and did not want to sign up to a landline and broadband package for 12 months.

I have now moved and the mobile internet does not work at all in my new area. I pay £20.00 per month for the tarriff but have used it once in the last 3 months (when I visited my Dad down south).

Is it possible to have the tarriff reduced or cancelled based on the fact that I cant use it where I need to?

any ideas are greatly appreciated.

Thanks, Simone
