vodafone - changing price plan mid contract?
Hi all,
I am just wondering if it is possible to change your price plan mid contact?
At the moment we pay £90.00 per month for two phones which we have had since Feb 2008. We still have 12 months left on the contract!!!!
In the last six months we have moved in with our inlaws (about the only people we called before!) and have been allocated mobile phones for use at work, so now we only need half the minutes and texts that we needed 6 months ago!
I have seen a new price plan that would suit us much better and is only £25.00 per month each.
If this is possible, can anyone give advice on the best way to approach vodafone with this?
thanks, simone

I think you can downgrade your tariff 9 months into your contract, i was told 6 originally but thats another story.
Just ring them and ask what date you can downgrade but i think it should be Nov0 -
thanks for reply - contacted them today and got 'downgraded' to a new 12 month contract - old one was 18 months so can still upgrade at same time!
'down- grade' was to a price plan with 100 more mins and unlimited txt (had 300 on old contract) for £25.00 per month - thats half what I was paying!!
Result !! what a mad world we live in !!!
thanks :money:light bulb moment: 30.08.08!!0
