Help with samsung J700

I have a Samsung J700 and had finished making a call when it said eeprom reset. The phone will no longer accept my 02 sim card but it will accept all the other networks. Dialled *#06# for my imei and it is at 00000000000/0 instead of the normal 15 digits.
My question is this, does anyone know if I can flash the eeprom to reset it and if so where can I get the programs and files. If not can a mobile repair man at the local market fix this for me?
I'd be grateful of help as I don't want to spend lots of money fixing this.

you will need to find someone who can do an imei restore as the phone wont connect to any network because 15 0's is a barred imei number.
a local market stall should be able to help but i dont have any idea of how much it will cost0
