They're not the options you want.
When you turn your computer on it should have either a Splash Screen with the BIOS manufacturers logo or it should go straight into drive detection. It should tell you what button you need to press to go into setup, it might be one of the function keys.
Do you know what motherboard you have?0 -

Can you log on with any of the user names?
I have just had to reset my laptop to factory settings. I didn't mind loosing what was on there.
I have a restore partition on my laptop. I don't have a restore disc!
I had to press F11 continuously as I turned the computer on. This eventually gave me two options system restore and factory setting restore. I opted for the latter.
This may allow you to do a system restore prior to the password change.£2 Coins Savings Club 2012 is £4.............................NCFC member No: 00005.........

Have you tried going ito safe mode?
I've found this it may help.Try starting in safe mode (press f8 on start up) once in safe mode use system restore to restore your operating system to a earlier point.
For XP
Start - programs - accessories - system tools - system restore.
For Vista
Start - all programs - maintenance - backup and restore center
You do have to tap the F8 button like a man pocessed.
[Same as you did with the F11 button. Sorry it didn't work]
