I ordered a phone from orange online on a 12 month contract, it arrived yesterday and I hate it. My question is, can I change it? Will I be able to ask orange to change this phone to a different one I have seen and like?
I have read the terms and conditions on the receipt that came with the phone and it says they offer a 7 day returns policy. Does this mean that they will cancel the contract or will they change the phone? I dont want to cancel the contract.
If anyone can advise me I'd be grateful.

7day returns - you need to call the return number and return the handset along with anything that you received.
I believe that they will cancel the contract once they receive the handset back
you can then re-order the same contract with a different 'fone
