pompompo, I 'phoned the Financial Ombusman Service (020 7964 0500)
yesterday. I was told I will have to wait until two months after I made
the first complaint. So I have to get back in touch with them mid September with all the paperwork sent by Lloyds. They are going to send a letter to Lloyds anyway.
I wish I had just moved my ISA to Abbey's 6% and avoided all this mess.
Good luck :beer:0 -
I'm at the stage with Lloyds now, that I could go to the Financial Ombudsman.

I'm after £300-400 and it's in their best interests to compensate that amount as it will cost them £450 if I decide to go the FOIf it's not a bargain, it's not worth buying
