I'm new but have been lurking for a bit and had to read your thread when the first part mentioned a tosserboss... I escaped from one a year ago. My theory is that their only function in the universe is as a doormat to better things so I'm sure whichever way you go will be fabulous - just to say you have another set of crossed fingers here!

hello everyone!!! lucifa loving the quote! i'd love to know where you guys find them all from. i'm currently writing them all out and putting on my pinboard in the study.

I know i was soooo holding my breath but think i need to breath again between now and friday and carry on as usual with the other job applciations, got three to apply for now so may have that as my to do task for this evening. i have 3 appointments for work this eve too so the house mate will be dead impressed with that...

anyway i had great delight today in realising that yesterday i produced as much business in one day as 4 other advisors have done snce the 1st and kicked tosserboss's butt to the bargain!!! yaaaay!!!

You guys are fab, thanks for posting. my mood is up and down very sharply at the mo, bouncy and laughy one sec feel like crying the next but i am starting to see ways forward and lucifa you're right. having the courage to go to the interview knowing where it may lead has shown i can do it if i am determined enough,,, right need to shoot to the bank and then back to do some more work. see you all soon

I signed up to the Real Simple website. Its an american domestic goddess website. I get daily thoughts and recipes once a day and I keep the ones I like.

The quote in my siggy is one an ex boss used in a speech so I haven't been able to source it but it has stuck with me for 4 or 5 years now and pops into my head when I'm about to give up on something.
