yes it was from avg user interface , i'll take it off and reload it . did this this morning but problem never went away0

Just a thought - you might want to run a disk cleanup or download and run CCleaner (http://www.ccleaner.com/download) after uninstalling and before reinstalling.Debt at highest: £6,290.72 (14.2.1999)

Those AVG products dont exist anymore. You need to update to AVG version 8
