O2 and the N95 Mess
I had a sony k810i up till end of June with o2 - got a new phone n95 eight gig on 12 month plan.
The phone sat in its box for almost all the time till I started using beginning of this week.
Yesterday in morning it was fine - later in afternoon I hear a "ting" noise never heard it before - didnt know where it came from - the phone was sitting by itself on a desk.
Later in evening I looking at the phone and fine a mark and black line appeared - pixel I thought - phone o2 chap tells me they need to look at it so I took it to O2 shop. Bloke there says they can send it to repair but it might cost me. Cost me why I did not do anything to it - drop it - shove it - bash it with anything - I did not thing to it. There is not even a scratch you can feel with your finger.
So I have just come home - and you might call me impatient but I dont like to be called a liar - I have just cancelled the contract - paying O2 £300 to cancel get my pac code and they can stuff themselves. NEVER EVER get my business again.
The only thing the bloke on the phone reckoned he could do is give me a sent back N95 (non eight gig for £69.99) - I said stuff that just cancel.
