Have you added a mobile to your tv,phone and internet package.
Just wondering if it is a good deal or not, and if so which phone to choose.
What is your experience been with them?

I've been on the £10 sim only bundle for 18 months now, can't fault it! Obviously I still get 300 + 300, but the deal dropped to 200 + 200 a few months back for new customers. If you choose to take a phone then I think you get 100 + 100.
Virgin use T-Mobile's network which has always been reliable for me, I get brilliant reception at work as their transmitter is in our car park!0 -
As an exisisting customer got the 300+300 deal, have two sims -one for the wife, one for my daughter- great reception and great customer service. Any time i've called i've spoken to someone at a call centre in this country and they could not do enough to help - if only all mobile phone companies and companies in general had Virgin Mobile's customer service life would be so much easier!:T0

yes, I have, got the liberty sim with 300+300 for a tenner a month. You also acrue a discount off a new phone, and as I had a contract with them for the previous year I got £50 off a new phone when I decided to swap. Worked out a better deal than a contract with the same phone and minutes over a year.0

I phoned up a week past Thursday to take out this sim only deal, but I've had nothing but hassle since. And it's still not sorted out!
I received the sim on Tuesday but when I put it in the phone and checked my balance, I was told I had £1 of calling credit, where I should have had 300 minutes and 300 texts. I've now been in touch with them a total of SIX times regarding this issue and it's still not sorted. Allegedly, there was an I.T. problem that prevented my direct debit being set up properly, but that was supposed to have been fixed 2 days ago. I contacted them again yesterday and was told it would be rectified within 24 hours - no such luck!
Every time I call, I am held in a queue. The longest I have waited is 30 minutes. The last time I called this afternoon, I gave up after 20 minutes on hold and emailed them instead making it clear I am extremely unhappy about the situation and asking for it to be passed to a manager. That was at half past 1. Four hours have now passed and I am still waiting on a response, and still no free minutes and texts on my phone.
An absolutely disgraceful was to run a business in my opinion. Does anyone have Richard Branson's email address? Perhaps he might be able to help, because the people at Virgin mobile don't seem to be capable of it.0
