Lloyds/TSB interest rate error on Plus Accounts

Hi
Have just noticed a big drop in monthly net interest credited into my Lloyds/TSB current account (Platinum Plus). We use the account because we do make use of the benefits package and it works out less expensive than the payments we were making for those services seperately and the monthly interest credit offsets those payments even further.
Anyway, the interest credited for July shows a big drop from previous months so I have contacted LLoyds/TSB. Got passed around a bit but they have now admitted that a technical error has meant that all "Plus" account holders have been credited with the wrong rate! This will apparently be rectified at the end of August.
Just thought I would let you know - it's worth checking your statements if you hold a "Plus" account with Lloyds/TSB.
