Just wondering who's getting fleeced here...

Yes, but they screwed up and I missed 6% on at least one occassionAt least me and it happened before, few months ago. I gave on calling them every month and filed a formal complaint. I received £20 as goodwill which I used to cover the missing interest. There has to be some formal public complaint against it.0

Yes, but not sure I'm getting 6%I phoned to upgrade, heard nothing. I phoned again, was told it had been upgraded and there was a 'backlog' of letters. I still never received one. Now the interest has gone wrong this month, but I've no idea whether I should have got the 6% or not. Does them messing it up suggest I have been upgraded ? Has anyone who didn't upgrade get the wrong interest too do we know ?Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature. I got the upgrade to 6% on June 11th BUT on 12 July it was returned to 4% and I am told this has been done across the board. Anybody else had this happen.0

Yes, and I'm definately getting 6%I called, asked for the upgrade, they agreed and I got a letter a few days later.
They have been paying 6% gross up to £2500 for the last couple of months0 -
Yes, but they screwed up and I missed 6% on at least one occassionI got 6% from requesting it in June - correct interest payment 1st July, and had received confirmation letter.
Completely wrong (not even 4%) for July. Contacted them Sat morning and I've received a letter saying they know there's a problem, are working to resolve it and there will be no loss of interest, with the outstanding being credited by 20th August.
Whilst "Account Maintenance" were supposed to phone me within 5 days from my call at the weekend, the letter does intimate that its a wide ranging problem. They also say it's being calculated correctly from 1st August.
Would still suggest everyone affected contacts them so you don't lose out. I noticed it early after checking on line banking at 1.30am Saturday morning!Back on the DFW Wagon:
CC - £3,300 on 0% til 04/2020
CC - £4,500 on 0% til 02/2019
Loan - £12,063.84 as at 4/1/180 -
Yes, but they screwed up and I missed 6% on at least one occassionI've just received exactly the same letter in reply to my call on Saturday.0

That would seem to confirm it's a standard letter. The question is whether its a blanket letter to all accounts who should have 6% or those that phone to complain?Back on the DFW Wagon:

Yes, but not sure I'm getting 6%Yup, I had that letter too this morning following my phone call to them on Saturday. Would be interesting to know whether anyone who hasn't called them also receives the letter.“You can please some of the people some of the time, all of the people some of the time, some of the people all of the time, but you can never please all of the people all of the time.”0

Yes, and I'm definately getting 6%I requested it in June, got it and have been paid interest correctly sinceBaby Ice arrived 17th April 2011. Tired.com! :j0

Yes, but they screwed up and I missed 6% on at least one occassionThe letter I got starts with "thank you for your recent enquiry regarding interest on your plus account" - so it looks like the letter only goes out to those who have rung in to query it.
Yes, it would be good to hear if the letter has gone out to everyone with the 6% rate, or just those who complained?0
