Yes, but they screwed up and I missed 6% on at least one occassionI've had an interest adjustment for July... but it's still underpaid! So, the bank that claims it's the most trusted, can't be trusted! It'll be interesting (sorry) to see what explanation they have for getting it wrong twice!0

Yes, but they screwed up and I missed 6% on at least one occassionJust out of interest, on a hunch, would anyone reading this answer:
1) Have you received an interest adjustment on Thu 14th/Fri 15th August
2) Did you get them to change the tariff codes on your account to the 'correct' ones?
I get a feeling that those that complained, and got their tariff codes changed got missed out.
For me:
1) No adjustment
2) They changed the tariff on 4th August when I complained.Conjugating the verb 'to be":

1) Received interest adjustment yesterday (14th) but it's still wrong!
2) Phoned to complain on 2nd Aug about incorrect interest received but never mentioned anything about tariff codes or the current rate being applied to the account.“You can please some of the people some of the time, all of the people some of the time, some of the people all of the time, but you can never please all of the people all of the time.”0 -
No - I'm still on the 4%/other1. Yes (my calculations put my total July interest paid by Lloyds at 5% gross instead of 6% gross - I will be interested to know if others estimate roughly the same rate).
2. Have not contacted them since requesting the 6% "bonus" rate in mid June.
I plan to sit tight and see what the monthly interest payments are over the next few months before complaining (given the small amount involved).
Edit: this "5%" interest received might suggest that they have made the adjustment based on the previous and current rates of 6% to mid July and then 4% for the rest of the month (which is surely incorrect as I thought this 6% rate included a 2% bonus for 12 months on the standard 4% rate?)Up Tipp!0 -
Yes, but they screwed up and I missed 6% on at least one occassion1). Yes and surname G. Adding it to what I got on 1st July, it does seem to be correct, though I'm using my own calcs, so don't rely on it.
2). Don't know anything about tarriff code. Guess I'll have to wait and see what they pay come 1st August and do the maths again.Back on the DFW Wagon:
CC - £3,300 on 0% til 04/2020
CC - £4,500 on 0% til 02/2019
Loan - £12,063.84 as at 4/1/180
