  • Just to add that I got my July interest today. I didn't call Lloyds so they must be corrected it for everyone.

Yes, but they screwed up and I missed 6% on at least one occassion
I got mine today too. Nice to see it earlier than the 20th that the letter mentioned.

I haven't received the outstanding interest yet - and I was patiently waiting without contacting them about it.

I wonder whether they are working through alphabetically. Could those of you who have received the payment let us know where in the alphabet your real family name occurs.
    For example A-F, G-L, M-R or S-Z.
(My, unpaid, name is in the M-R range.)

I'm an S.. Maybe it is done by region, or account number, or some other order? I would have thought they'd do it all in one go though... Still, they said it would be there by the 20th so there's still time!

Yes, but not sure I'm getting 6%
I received mine today too but I'm still not convinced it's the correct amount, and it's certainly much less than I would normally expect to receive even before the rise to 6%

Received mine yesterday (M - R) range and it is significantly more than I received on the the 1st of August.
I whined in writing to my branch and delivered it by hand on the 7th. I am still awaiting a written acknowledgement response to that.

I phoned but didn't get a letter so have just checked online and there was an interest adjustment for July yesterday. Not checked yet whether it's right though.

Not sure if I've worked out what I thought I should get correctly, but I still don't seem to have received enough. Can anybody tell me if I've been doing it right or not? I've taken the closing balance each day and multiplied it by 4.67% (figure shown on Lloyds website as net interest). I've then divided that by 365 to get the daily amount and added them all together. All deposits were by BGC so I've assumed they are classed as cleared funds from day one, but not sure if that's right.

Mine went in overnight. Surname B, and I didn't contact them at all about it so if it wasn't for this forum I'd wonder what the interest was for as they never wrote to me or anything.

No interest here. Looks like I'm going to have to pop into my branch again...
