Standard letters sticky

I know that this has been suggested before for the DFW board but I thought I'd ask again.
Can we please have a sticky for template letters for creditors etc as this will make it easier for newbies and oldies alike to get the advice they need.
I have just spent ages trawling through everything to try and find the standard letter thread in order to help someone and I still haven't found it.

Hi hun, i agree with you. The letters are there but scattered all over the place in threads. If we had them in one place, it would make life so much easier and perhaps not as many duplicate posts asking for the same thing. I have some in one of my threads from agaes ago. Hi, thank you, had not seen Mrs tines thread. I put all the letters together with another poster last year as i thought the same thing. Sorry if i seem to have trodden on some toes. Please take whatever you need from my thread if you wish.

And also a lot of peeps dont even go to the where to start. Sorry fermi please dont think i am being awkward. I just think a sticky with the heading of template letters would be brilliant.

I kept putting in searches to find that thread but it just wasn't brought up. I've found it very useful over the last few months and I am sure others will agree. As previously suggested by Mrs Tine it definately needs to be a sticky or something to allow easier access for all.

We're actually working on an automated version of this with both Imoneymanager and CCCS at the moment and should be with you soon.
