Is it just me that this website doesn't like or does it do this to anyone else?
I'll put in the code. It will then just take absolutely ages, and I mean ages to do anything then tell me that I already entered the code today when I didn't...
It's done that about 3 times already today.

Can anyone help me please - I won a digital photo frame in November (whoops) and it's never appeared! I got the letter (can't find it atm) and the call but not frame. Am I being an idiot and should I have done something else?
It's the only thing I've won so far and so I would quite like it!!

Hi Starla,I also won a photo frame at the end of Jan, and as yet not turned up, I had no call from play.com. And for the last 10 weeks have been chasing it up with heinz who to be honest seem pretty useless. although they have promised today it will be sent within the next 2 days, but they have promised this before, I will let you know what happens. So yes you must chase it up, ring the number on the letter they sent, their careline if you can call it that.Good luck and keep at it

I've had lots of communications from Heinz and the Mazda dealership about my bike. Just waiting for the last call to go and collect it now. They have both been very informative and kept in constant contact throughout

I think you can only use the Thomas Cook voucher in your own name when you book a holiday so I'm not sure that you can give it to another person unfortunately

I've got my bike that I won - its lovely. Now need to decide what to do with it as I don't really need a bike but I do need money
