I think you may be right - I've been playing every day for ages, and have hardly won anything recently. When I did win I didn't get an email to confirm. I entered today with a different email address, won 2 TC vouchers AND got WEMs.

Can anyone help me please - I won a digital photo frame in November (whoops) and it's never appeared! I got the letter (can't find it atm) and the call but not frame. Am I being an idiot and should I have done something else?
It's the only thing I've won so far and so I would quite like it!!

I'd definitely chase it up with them! My camcorder turned up a week or so after they called me from Play.com. The number for Heinz is 01942 624000 if you need it.

Obviously the T&Cs say you can only win one major prize per household - I assume that if I or someone in my house were to win another prize then it would not count and we would just keep the first prize? Is that right?

Congrats!! :T I won a mountain bike too. I have this inkling you can't use the same address again as once I had won, a while later I stopped winning anything including TC vouchers!

Congratulations to you too! Have you got yours yet? I just wondered what its like. Is it a mens bike or is it optional?

Oh yes, I got mine about a 2-3 weeks after I won.

A lovely lady from Mazda got in touch with me and asked if my local Mazda dealership was an appropriate location, they then deliver the bike and I got a call to say it's delivered and we arranged a suitable date.

I went, they had alreaady built the bike :T they took a few cheesy shots (but luckily not as energetic as some I've googled!) and that was it - it fitted in the back of my old style Astra with the seats down. Important to note that they had no pump for the tyres so I wouldn't recommend walking there

It is a mens bike but it shouldn't stop ladies using it! It genuinely looks of high quality. It's a "Bianchi bike" and I googled a bit and I reckon it's worth at least £400-£500 :T

Thanks for that nads. The lady from Heinz phoned me today to say she was sending me some information. She couldn't tell me whether it was for male or female but I guessed it would be male so thats good. Two people have asked if I am going to sell it so I might do as I don't need a bike but do have a wedding and first house to pay for

Not looking forward to the photo op but its completely worth it isn't it. I'm so chuffed
