E2save - Be Careful!

Just a warning note to anyone considering dealing with e2save. I recently signed up for monthly contract with them for the first time. Unfortunately the phone was faulty - was advised to return it for a replacement (and keep the SIM card), so I returned it. That was two weeks ago - still no replacement! Instead they sent me another sim card and duplicate paper work by special delivery - which with hind sight I should have refused to accept as it was obvious there was no phone in the special delivery bag. Again was told to return this (more postage to pay) and since then I have been given excuse after excuse about needing authorisation from 'management' to send out a new phone and alot of hollow apologies (the use of the word 'sorry' to make everything better is another rant entirely!). They were very accomodating when they were trying to sell me a phone contract, but now it comes to actually dealing with a problem, E2Save are proving less than helpful - so be warned before you think about buying from them.

The poster means have you tried searching for other threads on here relating to e2save. They have had a lot of bad press on here.
