Vodafone price changes - what's your rights?

Hi all. Just got a text from Vodafone to say changes were being made to out of bundle call charges on my pay monthly account. Called the number on the text to get the recorded message saying 0800, 0845 numbers were going up from 15 to 20p per minute and 0870 going up to 35p per minute with a 35p min charge.

Now I got to thinking, can they just change these as they please? As I signed a contract with them and they've changed the prices does this mean:

1 - I can say no to the changes and that I want to stay in the existing (cheaper) price plan that I signed up to.

2 - if they don't agree to #1 above do I have a right to cancel the contract?

Thoughts?
