T-mobile PAYG expiry?
I keep a T-mobile PAYG solely for emergency purposes. (By emergency I mean BT landline outages.) T-mobile is the only network I can receive.
As far as I remember you need to use the phone once every 180 days or the PAYG credit expires. I could not find any information on this on their website. Can anyone confirm whether this is still the case or send a link to the relevant information?
Yesterday, I realized I had allowed 180 days to lapse and I found I had exactly 15p left (enough for one 1 minute call). This seems strange. I would have expected the whole credit to be deleted.

Its normaly 6 months/180 days but not all networks strictly adhere to the timescale.0

You need to make a chargeable before 180 days elapse to prevent your number being parked. Blue text on this forum usually signifies hyperlinks, so click on them!..:wall:0

Set a diary reminder to send a text after 5 months and all will be well
