as you said £17.99 - i imagine you are on the 2mb, 2gb limit - or at least something with 2gb usage in it - what you could do is migrate to zazizam for upto 2mb, 2gb usage (same thing basically) with phone option for £11.99 (£13.99 without phone option). My experience with these guys has been pretty good
hope this helps0 -
When I was thinking of moving from Wanadoo they offered me a reduction to £14.99 per month for 6 months and a free upgrade to 2MB from my existing 1MB.
I have since moved to Madasafish where I have got 4 months free which makes it equivalent to £12 per month. They have since changed the scheme but I think it works ut at £12 per month if you don't require them to supply any hardware and you are migrating from another ISP.
This is 2MB and 5Gb a month.0 -

How did you get Wanadoo to offer the reduction and upgrade? Did you ring them up and say you wanted to terminate. They always seem completely intransigent on this type of issue, and when I asked wanted £20 to upgrade from 1 to 2 meg.0
