I DO NOT USE HEATING. NONE. NOT EVEN A LITTLE BIT.
Why do people find this so hard to believe? Maybe you grew up in a nicer place than me but I have never had heating and I don't see the point in getting accustomed to something I have never really known.
So why do you assume I would need a credit balance to cover me for the winter? Why are you also attacking me like I'm responsible for what other people do or don't do? I couldn't care less what other customers do. I don't use heating, therefore I don't expect to have a credit balance stored for Winter.
I never said a bloody word about a refund either.
If you don't use heating, then you're right, you won't need to build up a credit balance. But I'm interested, how do you manage to keep warm in the winter?0 -
