Food to take abroad for self catering

has anyone taken food with them to Florida i was wondering if it was ok to take cereal,and teabags also a few offer bits has some of the food at the shops wasn't very nice last time.
You are not allowed to take dairy produce, fruit, vegetables, red meat, sausages or plants.
Sweets, cakes, tea, tinned or dried fruit, mushrooms and tinned vegetables can be taken in:j Debt free since 31/01/08:j
