You're brave..asking for feedback. The amount of threads we get on here where people are neutraled or even negged when they ask for feedback...shiver. It is also surprising how often people suddenly discover their item never arrived as well. don't risk it.

Feedback is not compulsory so walk away and forget it. Never ever ask a buyer to leave feedback or to suggest they may have a problem with their item. Maybe they have a good reason for not leaving feedback? I've bought several bits and bobs where I have been slightly unhappy for one reason or another and where the seller has been dismissive of my polite emails, I had one a few months back where a book was sent in a brown paperbag with an elastic band round it and arrived all opened bumped and creased to edges. and had decided that it is probably best not to leave any feedback at all rather than leave say a neutral which might be harsh (the seller had responded that they always sent their books that way!) However, if I was specifically asked to leave feedback..I just might leave that little niggling moan after all as a neutral.
