I just spoke to VM and they are refunding me £5.

Just had the same problem ringing Poland on 0800200 charged at nearly 8.5p/min. Checked tariffs following your data and sure enough should only be 1p/min. Rang VM and told by a young lady that this is correct and would not accept it was wrong asked to speak to her line manager who accepted it was wrong and refunded this months call charges. All of £5.06 but its the principal. Thanks to all with the info, saved another fiver for my speeding ticket.
