Sounds like the agreement came through in a week which is respectable. Now hopefully you will get the card (PIN first) before the end of the month.

Not unless it turns up tomorrow!

Have you not received the PIN yet?

That is surprising if that's the case. I did say "hopefully" though. It seems your application for some reason is taking longer to process than expected.

Nope, not a dicky bird since sending the agreement back.

I might try and ring them tomorrow if I have time.

This seems too good to be true!

So I take an abbey card and an egg money card, do a balance transfer from Abbey to Egg Money and withdraw and save - easy way to make a few hundred I'd have thought.

    I'm on it.

    hhhmmmm.

I've just done a few calcs and depending how many of the cards I can get and what limit (i've a good credit score usually) this could make some serious money.

Obviously an Egg money card for withdrawel,

    Cards with no BT Fee

    Ulster Bank Gold (3 months)
    ICICI (6 Months)
    Abbey Zero (6 months)

    If £30k total = £700 profit.

    Cards with fee

    John Lewis (Max £50)
    Virgin Atlantic (Max £50)

    If £20k = £550.

Thats £1250 for nowt! Although by then suspect no one would want to give me credit!!

Just a quick correction, the Ulster Bank Gold Card is for 6 months whereas ICICI is for 3 months.

It is actually a nice gravy train once you get the hang of it. Good Luck with getting all the cards

Well, for me, a ‘valued’ customer (approached by them via a mailshot in July) I have absolutely no idea, as they still haven’t sent me anything and it’s eight weeks on Monday since I applied.

Words cannot describe how I feel about these people…

Well, no words that I’m allowed to put on this forum…

After a couple of phone calls (and both times being told that somebody would call me back within a couple of days) and finally giving up hope of ever receiving this card...

The PIN dropped through my letterbox this morning! :rotfl:

So depending on when the card eventually arrives and the date of opening the account, I wonder how much of the 6 month IFC period I'll have left to stooze with!

Your PIN letter usually has details of the credit limit.

Any idea where? I can't see anything referring to the credit limit
