Same for me, will post here when i receive my letter in October.

By the way can you just cancel the direct debit when you receive the letter??

Im going to wait until I have got the £100 in my hands before using my online bank to cancel the monthly payments, which according to the rules of the policy will terminate it. I took out two - one in my name and one in my boyfriends name. I haven't told him, im going to wait until I have his £100 and then take him down to the bank and get him to open an Isa with it. He is appalling at saving, and has no savings at all, so hopefully this should get him started! Once it is opened, im going to encourage him to set up a standing order each month into it, and to put some extra in too if he can afford to. One step at a time but hopefully he will get there!!

For my post office account, they have taken from the bank Aug and Septs, payment, so in theory Oct should be the magic month, as it says upto 28 days, I may end up with Novembers payment going out, still be well in profit, my quidco is showing as Dec 08.
The plan of action is once get the £100 in my hand, then Im going to cancel, the policy via the bank and also think you need to give written notice to the post office as well.

ok, spoke to customer services at PO and was advised that after 3rd payment the cashback will kick in automatically & should be recieved within 28 days. was advised that if not recieved within 14 days of 3rd payment then call customer services & enquire. Hope that helps someone.

I have had my paperwork since the end of August and been advised when the payments will be coming out of my account. To date nothing has been taken:confused: Should I be worried?

Without sounding daft, if you have more than one current account (I have 3!! all different purposes), check those, but if they havent taken any money I would give them a ring, as with (Im guessing), about 90% of us who applied Oct would be month 3.

Has ur cash back been validated ? xx
