    Hello,

Tesco have the new Wolverine DVD for £12 with 200 clubcard points, until 25/10/09 I think.

    Morrisons have it for £9.

Just bought mine in store from Tesco.
  • Yes I agree, I think they do make it deliberately difficult. I opened an account a few weeks ago with Tesco well in advance of the deadline. I rang them today to find out when I would get the points as I was hoping to arrange a trip away for my husband's birthday in November with them. I was told by the clubcard rep on the phone that the points can take 3 months to go on the account. This wasn't what I was expecting. Has anyone out there actually received their points yet? The thing is, that I guess we've got to keep our money in there until we get the points, but the interest rate is rubbish and I thought it would be a quick process to put the money in, get the points and then take the money out again.

Are you sure - the literature says "balance on xx/xx/xx must exceed this value" in order to get the points.

Implies that even if it takes them months to deposit the points then it shouldn't matter as long as your balance was there on the right day? I hope so as I've got the same issue

actually it even now says when you will get your point (from the december date for new customers)
    "
When will my points be awarded?

    • Your points will appear on your February 2010 Clubcard statement. You can access your balance online at ....... or by calling 0800 59 16 88."
  • Hi All:j

Hopefully I'm asking in the right place but just had my Tesco food delivery, I okayed the substitutions but now I've opened it up there's one I don't want (sent the Ariel Bio Gel smaller size instead and refunded the difference...bigger one twice the size was on offer for 35p more)

am I able to get a refund somehow, maybe take it to a store now the driver has gone or is it too late?

    thanks oodles for your help

Had my book order cancelled due to no stock and they have taken the 200 points back too :(

Presumably you can just take it into store with receiptand they will refund it? they would if you bought it form a bricks and mortar store and aslong as you have the receipt they arenormally very good.
