A reminder to check the points on your receipt.

I've just used a 'double points on one transaction' voucher that I got with the last clubcard mailing.

Double clubcard points was printed on the receipt, but the points weren't added.

Soon fixed by C/S but I wonder how many people have been cheated by Tesco with this.

Anyone having problems accessing the clubcard deals on o2. Also i have registered once, purchased item and then tried to register again, but failed...
Also when do the offers change for these extra points

It seems that the points were added, they just weren't printed on my receipt.

Never mind, next time I'm in Tesco I'll ask them to remove the extra points.:rolleyes:

thats about right 2 in a fortnight i had loads of petrol receipts and lost my clubcard so couldnt put them on immediately there was a double promotion on and by the time id found the card some of them were over the 14 days why is this if you have receipts why cant you just have them all added at same time they dont mind taking your money

A bit of a warning for everyone who has signed up for the O2/Tesco clubcard points deal.

I finally managed to get access to it again on my mobile after being unsuccessful for the last 2 weeks. The points offers has been cut considerably to 25 points per item on the list and 50 points on this week's special which is Ben and Jerrys.

They certainly kept that quiet didn't they?!

Has anyone seen any bonus points going on to their clubcard yet because I can't say I've seen any on mine.

Unfortunately, it was always at Tesco's discretion to change or stop the offer, so that is to be expected. With MSER's they probably had a bigger hit in registration than they expected, hence the change in offers.

I think someone said the point won't show until the may statement, so they said keep a total of what you should be receiving, or keep the texts or whatever confirmation you have of purchasing the item.

I was just about to ring them about this, as I asked for a form about 3 or 4 weeks ago and haven't received it yet. The guy on the phone said it'd all be turned around and I'd have my card within 2 weeks!

We had 2 orders delivered last night to maximise points codes but loads of substitutions that we rejected.

I have had an email saying that my refund has been processed but OH hasn't. How long is usual before getting email notification of refund?
