You get sent paper vouchers every so often - normally quarterly but lately it's been a bit more frequent - and they have a 2 year expiry date, so you could save them up for that long and then convert them to rewards, or of course if your required reward cost less then you could convert them sooner.

E.g. if for the sake of argument, you get sent £10 vouchers in each mailing, you could immediately convert them into e.g. £40 of restaurant tokens, or you could save them and when you reached e.g. £50 worth of vouchers, you could convert them to something more expensive. Oh and if you need to keep saving longer than the 2 year "shelf life", you can send unused vouchers back to get them recredited to your account.

    HTH.

As far as I know you can still do it. They will no longer credit out of date deals vouchers which they did in the past.

Thank you for the replies. I think I will try to save for a while to get something nice. I just have £6.50 this time so I think I need to concentrate and spend a bit of time on boosting deals!! thanks all!

They won't take out of date tokens, but they will recredit them if they are still within their expiry date. I rang up about this just this week - I had restaurant deals tokens that I couldn't use before their expiry date - so the CS person emailed me a form to fill in and enclose with the tokens, and said it was fine to send them back. He said you can do this with either deals tokens OR Clubcard vouchers.

So if it looks like you are not going to use either your vouchers or your tokens, then get them sent back before expiry date, and the points will go back on your account.

when are the clubcard vouchers due out? Does anyone know
    thanks

Yes, the dates should be between the 19th May & 6th June.

Though it will help, if Clubcard know your correct address, and it is better to do it by 'phone rather than on-line!

Suggest it better and quicker to 'phone, to get 'out of date' unused vouchers credited back to points - no post delay, you'll see quicker the change in points on your receipt. But if you have any that are dated '09' sorry they are 'dead'! Feb '10 - dying do not delay.
