My clubcard credit card used to give me 1 point per £4 spend anywhere or matched 1 point to £1 a tesco, I've just noticed recently I don't get this anymore, does anyone know when this stopped, or was it a promo and I didn't read all the t&c's?

Mine never matched 1 for £1 at Tesco. I know some people got point for every £2, but that was special offer some time after I got my card.

My M&S gives me point for every £1 spent at M&S and every £2 spent elsewhere, but Tesco was never that generous (mainly because I think you get up to 4x the value for your vouchers at some partners already..)

It was definately 1 for £1 initially, maybe it was a promotion! Oh well as long as im not missing out

I had points added today which I think was for a tesco direct order that I collected instore Monday I have now took to checking my account online each morning to check what gets added and when and writing the balance and date I am such a sad oh. Occasionally the figures don't quite match but when you do so many things where you don't get a till receipt for points is difficult to remember like signing up for dvd rental or can recycling sometimes you forget because points take so long to get added

I recently did the Easter grocery points offer (get 3 deliveries - 200points each) and then, on the last delivery, get an extra 400 points.

I had my 3rd delivery yesterday but haven't had the 400 points -does anyone know if these will be added later?

I think the points show up in the next statement. My Husband had some in February and it said in the small print they would show in the May statement. I haven't had it yet but have just had another set of the same type of voucher ( 3x200 and then 400 if you do them all) and it said in the small print that the 400 will show in the August statement.

May statement due soon so you shouldn't have long to wait!

Hi just a thought I have ordered a couple of deliverys over £50 but it only accepted the code for 500pts once so I thought it must be once only but then the new code started for this weekend for 20% off knowing I hadn't used this code I entered at checkout this kept saying error and kicking it out tryed all sorts of was with and without the dash going back to continue shopping checking the code knowing I was entering it correctly anyway eventually after trying to enter it abt 8 times it accepted it so then I thought maybe if I had perserved with the other instead of just accepting it wasn't allowed these may also have worked as wasn't quite sure if it was once only just thought this might have happened to others

Okay so last week my points balance was 1390.
I havent been shopping with tesco as much as usual as im still waiting for my new visa debit and they dont accept electron (grrr).
So this weeks shop (£80=160 points + extra points coupons from healthy living club of 205 = 365 + 1390 = 1755
Apart from that i havent spent any money in tesco for ages (eg,i normally would use direct for things,clothing for the kids etc) or topped up my tesco mobile.
Now my balance is 2217?
thats like 462 points. Cant think where it could have come from i really cant, but not complaining at all!!

I signed up tp all the tesco clubs several months ago, after noticing that people get codes for extra points when the buy certain types of groceries. eg spend £6 on meat and poultry and get X amount of points with a code.

I never receive any magazines and none of the emails I receive ever contain these codes.
I have also attempted many times to use the codes on here but they never work.

I rang tesco and they said I am a member of these clubs. (health living, wine, food)

Am I doing something wrong.
