Does anyone know, when do points from credit card get converted into your balance?

Is it every month or every quarter?

I currently have XY points showing on my clubcard and I want to know if this already includes some of the points from my credit card... (my clubcard and credit card vouchers do come on 1 quaterly statement...)

    Thank you

Your latest Tesco receipt can be a guide, it will give a breakdown of cc pts & tpf pts, but I think you'll find there go on the 'system' at the same time as normal points. Though outside Tesco, there may be a slight delay.

Does anyone happen to have the number to call regarding airmiles not crediting my double rate? I exchanged over 1 month ago now and they've not added on the extras

Also, does anyone know who to call about points that didn't go on following a clothes order 6 weeks ago? Many thanks

Hi, I am still waiting for my Double airmiles to be credited, I phoned Airmiles customer services yesterday and they gave me another number, I was waiting for a long time. I was told they credit accounts on a Friday after 28 days. Also did say if they still had not been credit after this time to phone back and they would investigate. Hope this helps.

I find that points from spending on the CC usually show in balance within about 3 or 4 days.

  • Could someone let me know if you can put other store coupons through the self scanning tills or do you have to get assistance? Mr T is getting fussy about internet vouchers at the tills and last week I had to take my shopping to customer services to verify the vouchers I was using. Still put them through, but it takes quite a bit of my lunch hour.

Withing 3-4 days of the monthly statement or each separate spend?

If it is each spend, don't you get less points if you for example spend £11 (only 2 points as you get 1 point for every £4 spent and the other £3 gets wasted?)?

If anyone has done the recent Tesco Direct offer or the greenhouses, have your points shown up yet? I've never ordered off Tesco direct before so don't know how long it takes the points to show up.
