Hi, I'm new here & I tried to read some of your posts :T
I'm not from the UK however i'm planning a trip to visit a friend who has been residing in Bath for a few months now and some vouchers would be great;). She does not shop at Tesco as there isn't one in the vicinity 0_o she obviously does not even have a clubcard. Can she still obtain points from recycling ink cartridges and mobiles though without shopping there at all? Also since I have more than 30 ink cartridges would she be able to issue another clubcard on another address or do they check for identification?? Thanks x
2) Vouchers, will be sent to the name & address that the card is registered to, at the appropriate time.
3) Yes, you can accumulate points by sending inkjet cartridges for recycling - n.b. there are checked that they can be re-used, and 30 is the max per year.
4) I think you will find that ID is checked on any enquiries about the card and its details.I used to work for Tesco - now retired - speciality Clubcard0 -
Tesco still owe me 500 points for a CD I bought last year. I called them and they said they'd be added (they haven't) and I can't get an email response.
Who's the bod to email that can sort?0 -

If it was one from Tesco Direct, contact 'entertainment' with the order no and any other info dates title etc.,I used to work for Tesco - now retired - speciality Clubcard0 -
Hello all. I have finally converted my sister into using her tesco vouchers for deals instead of spending them! I feel really excited, how sad is that. She has some vouchers that are due to run out soon, can anyone tell me how she gets them to be extended? Also does anyone know if they might run the double airmiles promotion again? I really tried to get her to do this while it was on, but she just couldn't get her head round it at the time. Real shame, she has quite a few vouchers. Oh well! Thanks.0

Also, if she does exchange the vouchers that she has now for airmiles, do the airmiles have an expiry date on them?0

No I believe that Airmiles do not have an expiry.
If you do not keep the account active for 2 years I believe they do expire, but as long as you keep it active (add point or two here and there - you can shop online through them on Ebay, Amazon etc and collect points that way or you can join Shell fuel scheme or exchange few more Tesco points later on) then they never expire.0 -
2 weeks ago ordered a club card for my husband, it's turned up today but instead of MR, the card says MRS, do you think it will be a problem or should I get him to ring and get a new card sent out?0

I think you'll find that they are restricted by Data Protection Act rules, whereby they can only arrange a card for the person they are speaking to - unless they both have a joint account. However, there may be an error is the initial yours or his, i.e. if it is your initial - it is your card. Then, yes he needs to ring.I used to work for Tesco - now retired - speciality Clubcard0
