I noticed on the envelopes that I picked up in store for recycling ink cartridges that they had a valid until date. Maybe this is to help prevent people selling them on ebay. Envelopes should be available in store. I picked a couple up for mobiles as well.
Just learned recently that you can earn green points by recycling aluminium cans at certain stores. 2 cans for 1 point.0 -
I have even weirder one... Suddenly got mailing with my OHs name on it, my clubcard number on it but when I had a look online all my points are still there and it's saying I am not due mailing until May!
OH got Tesco credit card and when applying put my Tesco clubcard number in there to make sure they are connected and now it seems they've changed everything into his name for no apparent reason!! While I also have their Credit card connected to that account. Maybe he could get my bill as well;)
If that is the case I am also annoyed, because now I will have to create new Airmiles account and merge them etc etc. And I also already turned my vouchers to Airmiles to get double.
Well in thoery you should get double airmiles for converting for the first time into the new account, not sure though if you merge then maybe convert first then merge. That was my plan. Use OH account this time to convert and have a nice little trip to Rome. Next time they do a double point promotion, get myself an airmile account and use that one and to have a nice little weekend away. THen I'll start on the children accounts....0 -

a question about points, we recently paid for most of a siblu holiday with our Tesco points and have sadly found that we can't go.
It's too late to cancel, so my question is, is there anyway someone else could have it? I know the points are non transferable but with the holiday fully paid for how would they check?
I just think it's a real waste of a holiday for the sake of my name on it. Any advice would be really appreciated.

Firstly, check your holiday insurance (just incase they will cover the points).
Secondly, ring Siblu and see. They might deal with things on a case by case basis and either let you defer the holiday or transfer to a relative.
Good luck.Now proud Mumto3 :j0 -

What's going on?
If its another 'surprise' mailing (for easter? like the one they did at christmas?) I shall be really annoyed  as the Airmies double offer is on until 21st March and I have already changed the vouchers I had - if I'd known here was going to be an extra mailing this month I'd have waited until the last day to see if the extra ones arrive in time to include them in the order
It has to be a Easter Promo. Just checked my balance and was shocked as my points have dropped by 7000, and was a little worried until I read these post's this morning. I will be looking out for the mailing and consider how to spend the £505 in vouchers £2010 in deals. Still thinking of the double Airmiles offer as never used them before.
Can anybody tell me if you can trade the airmiles for car hire and Hotels?

I got my vouchers yesterday for easter. :-)
Also a points booster - for those that have Tesco DVD rental, go to www.tesco.com/febprepay750 to get an extra 750 points for pre paying. I have the cheapest package and so it cost me £19.xx for £30 of deals :-)
(And if you've previously prepayed it simply extends your subscription.)

I was thinking about this as well, but I've checked and the vouchers are from the very same clubcard account (ie they just changed the name on the account, it is definitely my account with his name on it) and I am worried Airmiles will know.0 -
Just been on the Tesco website and they have banner advertising 300 extra points on easter products but when I click through it just seems to bring up deals.
Does anyone have any details of the products witht the extra points?0 -
I'm still only on my 2nd months subscription for Tesco DVD, if i prepay 6months for the 750 points will i still get the 1000pts after my 3rd months payment?0
