I believe that the orders at tesco direct desks are treated as online.
Certainly there is more range there and different offers to instore.
I have just bought 1 pink LG cookie at my local Homeplus and got 1118 points ( plus extra 59 points from clubcard plus)
Paul
ps My total up to yesterday was 23553 points
Has the promotion started today then? where you can get 1000 clubcard points instore?0 -

I do however choose phones selling at a reasonable price before buying from Tesco.

I find that they will let you order two phones on the same order as long as they are different. I've got two sat in front of me at the mo ...
I checked with them myself. Rules are a) you can only order 1 in any one order b) you can order no more than 4 phones in a month.
PErsonally I can confirm a) but I am not convinced b) is entirely correct. Don't worry about abuse or anything like that. If they don't want the order they will cancel it automatically within 30 or so minutes of you placing it. Over 6 weeks or so I have now ordered 7 handsets and returned one (a Nokia since it can't be unlocked). All will go on eBay since I only want the points.0 -

Hi, Can anyone confirm their experience of getting the 1000 bonus points for the mobiles? I just rang up clubcard customer services to query which cards are linked to my account. The guy mentioned that it can take up to 8 weeks for the points to show up on the account. I really need these points for the airmiles offer so 8 weeks is no good!! I ordered the phone from tesco direct, do I need to buy in store to get the points quicker?
Thanks in advance for any help!0 -

I've found that points from Tesco Direct are often on sooner than that. Maybe 8 weeks is the maximum.0
