If they were pre-orders you may be able to cancel and re-order within the promotion. Log in to your account and look at your order history to see they have been despatched yet.

Thanks for the info. They've all been dispatched unfortunately, so will have to return them - didn't realise it wasn't live until today and ordered 3 of each - so a lot of returns. Gulp. Am new at this.

However, have re-ordered 1 of each today, so should be okay now.

Received a leaflet with the credit card bill today.

Apply for a Tesco Internet Saver by 14 December 2009, and as a Tesco Credit Card customer you'll also receive 1,000 Clubcard points if you have a cleared balance of £1,000 or more on 11 January 2010.

Clubcard points offer Terms & Conditions
New Tesco Savings customers only. New customer must be a Tesco Credit Card customer and Clubcard account holder. Only one account per person is eligible for the points offer.

if the titles you bought, where part of the previous 'pre-order' deal (has been running for past 2wks), then you will get the points

the current 500 point offer referred to by Bookworm63, is on items in the 'christmas gift' section, and is a new offer that starts from today

the only difference i can see is, they have tightened up their T&C on this deal, as before there was alot of ambiguity about how many of each title you could order, and when the points would be added to your account

The previous pre-order promotion finished on Sunday 15th Nov. Loxley108 purchased on 16th, after someone posted a link to the new promotion, but the page could not be accessed from the Tesco website, and was not live. We now know from the Tesco website that the new offer runs from today.

750 extra points voucher with this months mailing. Code is XXCD6Z - I hope this isn't unique to me!! Spend £50 on wine or champagne at Tesco Wine by the case with minimum spend of £50 and get 750 extra points. Many cases are currently half price anyway so spend £50 get double points on this i.e 100 then add 750 gives 850 then boost the vouchers to 4X their value and you get £100 of wine for £16 in effect! Wow!

Thanks to everyone for the help with this.

I ordered 3 DVD's in the pre-order promotion which i'll keep as the points will still be valid.

All thd DVD's/CD's i ordered on the 16th (doh!), i'll have to send back and I re-ordered 1 of each on the 18th.

So should be sorted now - thanks for all the help!
