How to top-up Vodafone?
Options
Hi,
I have just bought a 6630 on PAYG, and want to top-up.
Easy, you would think.
I want to pay on my credit card, as I have just lost my debit card today (and need the credit on the phone to phone the bank and tell them of the loss).
I phone the 2345 number, but it will only accept payment with a registered card number.
So I phone 191 to register a card number, but am told I don't have enough credit to phone them! I KNOW!! THAT'S WHY I'M PHONING!!!!!
I went to Vodofone's web-site and am told that they already have information about the number I have entered (my new number). It then asks me for the password - I have never set a password up for this, so far as I can remember - so I try the three most likely passwords that I use and promptly get locked out.
How do you do this with Vodafone?
Am I being stupid, or is it really this difficult to give Vodafone money?
It's driving me up the wall.
