    Hi all

Brought my own lunch in today, so £2.50 to one of the dreaded CC bills.

  • Hi all - WE GOT THE HOUSE!!!! :j

Received a call at lunchtime to say that the landlady has accepted £625 for the first year, then would probably want a rent review. However she is after long-term tennants, so possibly £650 in year 2/3 and then maybe £675 after that(?).
The agents hadn't mentioned the 6 months upfront yet, so we don't even have to pay that, we can just pay for it a month at a time! We have to hand our notice in this afternoon on this place and then chances are we might be moving in there on the 20th/21st december! :o:D
I know - just before Christmas, but we've got moving down to a fine art and it will be great to get it sorted for Christmas and give the kids a magical time!

Anyway, I've felt poorly all weekend, so am sure I will feel a lot better soon. Still want to look at ways to save/make extra money, so if anyone has any ideas?!

Really chuffed, thanks for all your comments, will keep you informed of our move! Just hope I can clear the debts as fast as sorting out the house move! :rotfl:
